4. Copyright

5. Termination and Revocation

VectorStreetMaps.com reserves the right to revoke any license for good cause. Upon notice of revocation you must immediately cease using the relevant map assets and delete all electronic copies from your storage devices. Any person found to be copying, stealing, reselling or redistributing our map assets without authorisation will have all licenses immediately cancelled and will be liable to legal action.
6. Disclaimer
All map assets are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. VectorStreetMaps.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our map assets. You agree to hold VectorStreetMaps.com harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using our assets. VectorStreetMaps.com makes no claims as to the completeness or accuracy of any map asset and makes no representation of any kind including any warranty as to the fitness of the maps for any particular purpose.
7. Changes to This Agreement
VectorStreetMaps.com reserves the right to make changes to this License Agreement at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our map assets following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
